To be less judgmental they are not that different from other local banking services. They do not stand out from the crowd either.
The younger girls were extremely nice & acted as if they wanted to be there & help out the customers. However, Peggy Rogers was extremely rude!!!!! I've never experienced this type of horrible service never before in my life!! I will be switching banks ASAP!!!!
The employees are nice and helpful at the branch locations. The website is terrible and not intuitive at all (could not find their routing number or where to login for online banking). The Automated phone system is frustrating (hangs up on you), and the call-back service took 6 hours. When you do get a human being on the phone they are nice and try to be helpful if they are not hindered by policy. I feel like a cow being milked and not a partner in productivity, much less a meaningfully respected customer.
