Dirty inside and rude customer service. They got our order wrong even after we repeated in twice. The only upside is they got the food out quick, but at the expense of it being wrong.
As we are evacuating from Hurricane Irma, we stopped here and there were more than 90 people, with children, elders, some people walking dogs outside and more...it was packed and their employees were doing everything they could with a smile. Some people will always complaint about how slow it could be, but these guys were making their best and I needed so much that smile after leaving our house and lots of things behind, packing with my spouse, my children and our new family member ( Lola, a dog we just rescue and adopted last night since the animal center was evacuating )
Nasty, I wish McDonald's would shut down in waynsville. Can't say one thing nice about it, complain and nothing is done .
This girl just told me they don't sell double hamburgers. I had to explain to the girl to ring up a double cheeseburger without cheese. She did not understand. Had to call manager to ask how to sell a double hamburger. Still gave me double cheeseburger. Total was $6.47. Have her a ten dollar bill, a one and 47 cents. Asked me what the one was for. Tried to give me back the one twice. My toddler has better problem solving & math skills.
Flies surrounded the entire building so much so that you had to swat a ton of them away as you entered the location. Flies were also on the inside around the tables, the bathroom trash can was over flowing and there was liquid all over the bathroom floor. The drink machines were completely out of several flavors so we got stuck with grape soda which isn't the biggest gripe but as for the food the chicken nuggets weren't normal for a McDonald's location (hard to describe) but the fries were actually very good. Sadly there aren't too many places to eat on that exit for that price range but honestly if you can afford the few extra bucks eat at any of the other chains around there.
