Candy cane blizzard and ice water. Good. 4 people, 1 in kitchen, 1 on register and blizzard, 3rd & 4th standing around. Looking around I saw 2 sets of people waiting on their items, 1couple had just been given a LG bag, 6 items from 3rd person. The other family was waiting & then me. I then watched 3rd person then made my blizzard. Other group was still waiting. Next family of 5 were ordering & I left. Total time in & out, not eating, 25 mins. No idea who or what 4th did. Not much candy cane.
Said they closed at 9pm pulled up at 8:15 and they literally locked the doors when we were getting out of our car. When they unlocked to let others out we asked to come in and they said "no we decided to close early to clean" and the lady was very rude!
Bathrooms & restaurant Filthy. Toilets backed up, and employees response was "that the person responsible has already left for the day"!? Sold pop after pop to customers, never once mentioning that 80% of the flavors were out...including Coke & every diet pop I selected. Should remove the huge display out front advertising "all your favorite flavors". Condiments on table mostly all empty.
Do not stop here, place was a mess, no ice cream, need to close down and fix everything, then re open instead of giving every other person a refund, was there for 20 min and saw 3 people ask for refunds, one very angry lady even threatened the manager with death, no kidding, just keep driving. Had to give 1 star to post the rating, or wouldn't have given that.
Wonderful food as usual. But very crowed IMHO for 1:30 in the afternoon. However service was efficient and courteous. Only issue was the flies.
